S.T.A.Y. – The Mentoring Blueprint
Helping Youth Succeed by Staying in School and Staying on Track
What Is S.T.A.Y.?
S.T.A.Y. is a powerful mentoring framework created by RedZone Mentoring to keep youth engaged in school, focused on personal growth, and prepared for the future. The program provides consistent encouragement, life skills training, and meaningful connections to help students persevere through life’s challenges.
At its core, S.T.A.Y. emphasizes daily commitment, self-belief, and community support—giving students the tools they need to succeed academically and personally.
What S.T.A.Y. Stands For
S – Show Up Every Day
Success starts with presence. We teach the value of consistency, responsibility, and being accountable—because just showing up can change your path.
T – Try Your Best
Every effort matters. We encourage students to give their full energy and effort in the classroom, at home, and in their goals.
A – Ask for Help
No one succeeds alone. We create safe spaces where youth learn that asking for support is a strength, not a weakness.
